Established in the Philippines in 1988, THEA is known as a pioneer of ethical fashion. 

From its inception THEA has sought to enable disadvantaged women in inner-city Manila to care for their families, keep their children in school, and achieve a better quality of life. 

The THEA Women’s Association provides training, and continuous on-going re-training, and support for all of its members.

The partnership between THEA and the THEA Women’s Association has helped to develop the sense of commitment and pride that can be seen in the high standards and quality of the work done by the members of THEA.
